April 22nd:
All work completed by Anthony and Zoe aside from a background needed for the lore page.. After trying to brainstorm options on the whiteboard with the writing and art teams for the background and no one seeming to understand what I was talking about, I gave the marker to Zoe and let her take over. Everyone then decided on minimalistic patterns for the backgrounds and so long as they got everything done by Friday, they could do whatever they wanted I was working on liquid’s final portrait and needed to polish up gas cat, so I was shooting for all my time to be dedicated there.
April 25th:
No one checked the general channel to see the deadline for assets were due the next day, so it was a mad dash for everyone to get the patterns finished. I taught Anthony and Zoe both how to better use the procreate application to make their patterns look smoother, and the patterns were able to be done in a short amount of time so no harm done. I was tweaking and editing some of my drawings that could be done without my tablet. The next day I had sent the final lineup of all the character portraits and the art team was done.
