Major Bug Fix
Recently, a new version of Space Mail was made which fixed a massive bug. Previously, whenever the game was replayed the second time through none of the minigames would work and it would just freeze. However, this week we embarked on a massive debugging mission to find the fix, a mission which involved making many different builds and seeing how the scenes interacted with one another. We eventually figured out that the loop broke only when the quicktime minigame and any other minigame existed; they all worked on their own, however when the QTE game and one or more others existed it would break and fail to repeat; this was true for every game except the QTE game itself. After a bit of snooping, I found that at the end of the QTE game it set the timescale to 0, which was done before we had a build so I would know when the game was done. I decided to take this out to see if this was the issue, as the games would open but not run, and after testing I found that it was. I thought it was a bit strange that timescale transfers across scenes, but I guess now I know.
