Within the early stages of developing Space Mail, we happen to realize this is one of the few opportunities to step in and contribute to building a fully developed digital game, regardless of the platform, theme, etc. For the most part, we all have a skill that works well leading up to a successful build of the game at the end. For my contribution moving from an associate designer of the game to associate narrative, it had given me a clear idea of what is required to turn our contributed ideas into digital reality with the requirement of creativity, thinking outside of the box, and managing to execute what is needed in a short amount of time. As we are approaching approximately six weeks into the semester, it is our requirement to consider what would be a developed contribution that works well for an additional portfolio piece. For my part, I hope to move forward in expediting the narrative tasks in the department, give a listen to the current sound design and hopefully create edits of my own besides ripping another used sound from other work, and when the time comes, be fully ready for a marketing campaign promoting the hard work we have developed at the end.
