For the last few weeks,  My group to figure out some new and cool item concepts for our game. Here are some of the items we came up with, 

Corrupted Laser-Player stands in place and fires a laser in the direction they're facing, great damage

Capone’s Special- A Tommy gun that the player shoots for x amount of seconds, the bullets fan out.

Ritual-Consumes hp, enter a very strong berserk mode, increased dmg, speed, fire rate.

Credit Card- Player gets one item randomly free in the shop. (Long charge)

Charm-Closest enemy enters a charming state, and starts attacking other enemies

Navi-Points towards the nearest chest.

Treasure Hunter-(Long Charge Rate) drops a random item.

Super Dash- A more powerful dash attack 

Groundhog Day- Resets the floor and adds new loot for the player.

Panic Button-Teleports you to the elevator room

Corrupted Panic Button-Teleports you to a random room

Golden Heart-Consume x amount of gold to heal x amount

ALL CAPS-Random hat for a player per use

Boomerang- it's a boomerang if caught, then it regains half a charge 

Freeze- Freeze Enemies for a short duration

Temp: Attack Buff

Tentacle Melee Attack

Freeze Enemies for a short duration

HP regen over time

Multi-directional burst or bullets

Sniper Rifle

Molotov

More Money/ Loot Gain

Ladder

I-Frames

Escape Rope

Get Whispering Abyss (2022)
