World Design UI Framework For The Elite
The Elite- The lines dividing each area is the NWES gates that allow passage throughout the city so you can back and forth between the districts.
North-West district this is this is the living area for most of the residents of the elite on both sides of the street there are houses next to each other all the way through out the section. There is a side-walk separating the houses from the street and throughout the street there are carriages that are waiting to move citizens, sewer grates and the occasional entrance to a small alleyway in-between one or 2 buildings.
North-East- The most prominent part of the city and this is where most of the citizens are and interact with one another. In this area the biggest draws are the Clock Tower, The biggest Church, Grand Fountain and overall the most work buildings where the high up citizens are located this is where a large part of where the player can get most of there side quests.
South-West- This is a blended part of the North-West living and the North-East area because here you will find some houses/ Alleyways but also main buildings like markets, Schools and other various shops where the elite have the accessibility to get what they need or go where they have to go.
South-East- This is where most of the elites entertainment is held this area is prominently High Quality Restaurants, The amphitheater and where most street performers from lower end districts come to try and make some money
