World Design Layout Update



As an update from my post earlier on world design updates there has been a major change to the way the layout the map is. The map will no longer be circular but instead be squares. So the outer mist largest square will be the slums, then the Industrial, Followed by the Elite and last but not least the final boss area.  The overall reasoning to why we changed this is because it will be easier to track the player and where they are due to the camera being top down and areas of the games will be loaded using tiles. A mechanic we added in to make it easier for the player to be able to tell, where they are instead of stairs we will be having gates in the North,West,EastSouth of all the areas so the player will be able to identify where they are and where they are going. There is more to come with the layout but I think this the foundation that I will use to build on.
