Bloodlust

Hello Everyone

For the Blood Lust system, I experimented with Unity IEnumerator to give it seamless recharge time and show if your ability to transform into your werewolf transformation. But this is the condition that will determine your transformation capabilities. Similar to Karma, it is solely focused on the UI for this first sprint.  All other factors related to changing the Blood Lust meter will be implemented at a later date.
