Beginning stages of buildings (Melissa)


Yay for the first dev log post!

The idea for buildings right now is to have (on average) 256x256 buildings that can be split into 4 quadrants and have some reusability, my goal is to build bases of buildings and then add features based on what district they appear in- slums would have more damage and brown tones, more opulent areas might get more detail, etc.

Here's a house, just a basic 4 quadrant house of where the dwellers would live when they're not up to no good.

And now that it's uploaded I see the windows are too far apart- good to see that early.
